xansThe challenge. Go to Babel Fish Translating website, write a short LJ entry about anything whatsoever. Translate it to a language you don't know how to speak (I chose Russian), and then translate it back to English. The results are quite interesting.
Entry in English:
I've been having really weird dreams again. There was part of it when the girls and I were at Scarfies and Peter was telling me I shouldn't buy them drinks with my tab. Later I was playing on the computer while sitting Peter's lap, before I settled down on some couch while he stayed in the chair and explained to me he was going to paint his bed. And he said some other things you don't need to know the details. Then I was sort of fighting for couch space with some girl. I told you my dreams were weird.
Heh. I ask Rhianna how she is in Spanish and get something I don't understand in Japanese. Nice. Today I hope to start Wizard's First Rule. I'm borrowing it from the library since my copy is in a box back in the States. I miss my books sometimes, but I'll get them all back eventually.
