Gauze tastes gross. I almost threw up when I put some more in my mouth to help the clotting. But I'm getting better at swallowing pills.
I was conscious for the entire thing. They just had me breathing nitrus oxide to keep me relaxed, and I had a ton of anasthesia in my mouth. The dentist forgot to mention until about halfway through that the anasthesia might quicken my pulse and make me shake.
And there I'd been thinking I'd been so relaxed I'd kept forgetting to breathe.
Still, I got to keep my teeth. He only broke one of them. I told mum I hope the Tooth Fairy pays well for them.
