Took a walk with Shan at about 10 last night, after he missed watching Scrubs and Lost with me because he was sleeping. That was interesting. Talked about random stuff and had fun though. Somehow we got onto the subject of actresses that I'd do if I swung that way. Of course he couldn't reciprocate because he'd never actually thought about actors he'd do if he was gay. Well, except for Sean Connery. But the list of ladies for me became:
Milla Jovovich
Angelina Jolie
Catherine Zeta-Jones (once upon a time...)
Liv Tyler
Nicole Kidman
Julia Stiles
Anna Paquin
Kirsten Dunst
I reread the book based on the movie Willow yesterday. It's kind of disappointing that such an awesome movie has such a simplistic, child-like book. I mean, there was little detail on just what the Death Dogs were or how they came to be, or what started the evil queen onto the path of darkness, no cool backstory on how she cast cast the spells on the king of Tir Asleen... It's just, when a movie is made into a book, there's room and time to develop the characters and stories more fully, and whoever wrote this just didn't do any of that. Disappointing.
