I find the air today is stifling, like I'm constantly at the edge of a panic attack because I simply cannot breathe. Inside, outside, it doesn't matter--the air is still and thick. It's not that I need to drink--I drink, it does nothing, it's my airways that cannot expand enough, or something.

In other news... have baked apple muffins. They're possibly not my best effort, but, hey, I haven't made any in years.

Dad and Suzy are watching Easy Rider, but I'm not really paying attention. Except to note the part with Jack Nicolson and go, oh my, how young and good looking he used to be.
