Huh. I was just going through some entries earlier, looking for links to specific fics, when I noticed in a post that pornish_pixies was all strike-thrued. And that it's been suspended.

"That's odd," I thought. "Maybe I should ask the f-list if anyone knows what's up with that?"

And what do you know? I check my f-list, and there's gotta be at least three posts concerning the journal/community suspensions and deletions. I mean, I'd sorta caught whispers of it before, but it was only peripheral and not really relevent to me. Anyway, now I know what's going on thanks to the informative posts and links floating around. I don't really feel like doing the copy+paste thing in regards to links. Either you don't care, in which case, move along now, or you do, and it's not a hard subject to find links with the details.

So... yeah... No comment.

And then I played the random note game

Oh, yeah, there was this sheet of paper lying around that was asking people to write random stuff on it. It caught my attention because someone wrote, "Writing in English is theraputic!" I wrote a couple things, one of which was requesting a translation of the stuff NOT written in English. Of course, it's all moot of the note disappears into the trash, but hopefully leaving it lying around will inspire other people to play the random note game. Kinda reminds me there was a comment meme of a similar bent once upon a time, for the comment whores (like me). Good times.
