Obligatory fan squee for Avengers

xansWhy yes, my love and I did just get back from seeing the Abengers movie. The short version: sooooooo worth seeing, especially in 3D. The long (spoilery) version: behind the cut.
okay, so, first, why did no one tell me Robin Sherbotski is actually a S.H.I.E.L.D Agent?! Way hot and awesome.
Second, can I marry Pepper and have many redheaded babies with her omg. I <3 her. And her and Tony. And her and Phil.
I love how Cap doesn't get so many pop culture references that he gets excited when he does know one. He is a sweetheart.
Natasha. Oh Natasha. I was complaining to Alan a bit about the lack of equal amounts of awesome badass super heroines but ohhhhhh she's cool. She tricked the Trickster omfg. And I adore her partnership with Hawkeye that does not have oodles of romantic overtones thank heavens.
So many cool Avengers vs. Avengers fights. Even more awesome when they stop fighting each other and band together.
Hulk. Hulk smash. Hulk smash Loki like a rag doll. Fucking hilarious. Plus when he punches Thor off the beastie they crash into Grand Central Station.
Some really good lines throughout. Naturally. I enjoyed immensely, as did my love. I want (in no particular order): the airship, Tony's computer, Loki's "Glowstick of Destiny" aaaaaaand for Son of Coul not to be fucking dead.

Also I owe my journal a post about some RL happenings and also a fanfic post that is being a bitch to write (I'm trying to write about Baal and he doesn't come easily for me.). So I should be writing again soon.
