When I was walking to the bus stop, I happened to glance at this one notice board, and was quite suprised to see this notice with a huge "WTF BBQ" as the title. Upon inspection it turns out there's another big huge LAN going on, the sixth this year... I just didn't expect to see that on a notice board around here.
What is it with strange old men walking up and talking to me? It's always old men. *shakes head* Today it was while I was at the library, looking through the SF section for some books I've never read before, though I've seen around or friends have read and enjoyed. I was torn between ignoring him, because I was trying to read titles, and being nice and polite. Thankfully he didn't talk to me for too long.
I'm going to kill the down key on this keyboard. It's not working properly. Gahhh.
In other news, Liz is supposed to be moving into my hall. This is wonderful. I can't wait. Finally someone I'm pretty good friends with in my hall! Of course, Kate's first response to hearing we're getting a new girl was, "Is she hot?" and apparently I gave conflicting descriptions with Lisita's as to what she looks like--but damnit, she's my friend; I was in a bloody wet t-shirt contest with her--I know best! Ha.
I've got Mum addicted to hexic. *laughs*
