Not long 'til Halloween
Oct. 1st, 2005 06:09 pmHaving Angelina Jolie, Keanu Reeves, Pierce Brosnan, a monk-in-training, and zombies all in the same dream makes for fun times. Also, being able to set zombies on fire with my mind is bloody cool. Many of my dreams lately carry the theme of some huge catastrophe having taken place, and I'm one of the survivors. Weirdness ensues.
I'm so tired for no good reason.
Liz is visiting her mum this weekend. Her mum's leaving for England on Tuesday so yeah. But I was talking to her yesterday morning as she packed. We had a lovely girl talk. I found out lots of things I didn't know (like where all her piercings are, or how many guys she's slept with). I told her about the retail therapy stuff. She searched all over her room several times to find her comic version of HHGTTG to lend to me, but couldn't find it. She did let me borrow her copy of the Truth by Pterry though.
I was going through the list, earlier, of all the Disc novels and seeing how many I've read and how many I owned. Well... trying to remember which ones I own. Five or six I should think. But I was a bit shocked and surprised to realise I've actually read most of them. I've started but never finished Pyramids, Moving Pictures, & Interesting Times. I've not read Guards! Guards! or Going Postal... no idea when I'll ever get my hands on Thud!
Ooooh. Someone get me a Spanish deck so I can play Cripple Mr Onion.
Fin.
