Take this quiz at QuizGalaxy.com</td>

1. Set iPod/iTunes/your media player to random.
2. Hit play.
3. Write down the titles and artists of the first five songs that play.
4. Explain what these songs remind you of and why.
5. Tag at will.

(I didn't write down the first five that played. I wrote down the first five that had specific memories attached.)

Mamas and the Papas - California Dreamin': I remember they used to play this song at assemblies at Ham East and we'd all sing along. I remember Mr. Chapman really liked the song and I think it might even have played at his memorial.

Queen - Bicycle Race: I think, possibly, the first time I heard this song. Iain had dloaded it off napster and it was one of the handful of Queen songs he got, and I thought it was really weird.

Smash Mouth - Walkin' in the Sun: Summer, listening to the edge, idling the time away in my room.

Puff and Jimmy Page - Come With Me: Well, what movie is this in? Oh, yes. It's right when the credits start rolling in The Matrix, isn't it? So yeah, that's its connection.

Green Day - Minority: My last summer in the States. Renfaire and camping with [livejournal.com profile] shiseiji and [livejournal.com profile] ishimish. We listened to Ali's Green Day International Superhitz CD, particularly this song. That, or I think of the music video on the CD Iain made for me of music videos.

Go tag yourself.

Spent the night at [livejournal.com profile] pandoras_evil_t. Had fun. Possibly worried Dad. But oh well. More later, perhaps.
