I mean, you couldn't exactly expect them to go back to their regularly scheduled NASA program after seeing the possibilities, now, did you? It provides a good character study of SG-1, at the same time.
"Hail to the King" (or, "Jack vs. the Army of Darkness") -Every now and then, y'gotta have a zombie-fic
Through the Eyes of the Serpent -Daniel gets snaked. Thankfully, his team doesn't give up on him just like that *snaps fingers* And its sequel, Legacy of the Serpent, in which Daniel deals with the aftereffects of once being snaked.
Mnemophobia -An alternate version of "Fallen" wherein Daniel is found to be alive and well, sans memory, and while they want to bring him back, make him Daniel again... this otherself doesn't want to.
One -A not so nice alien forms a bond between Sam and Daniel where they feel what the other feels--both physically and emotionally--to the point were when one is hurt, both show identical injuries. And while Sam has been sent home to get "ransom," Daniel is still prisoner of this cruel mad scientest. Fun, fun.
The Other Half -Daniel gets a slave. Jack is NOT a happy camper. Jack/Daniel.
Performance Reviews -Tag for "Prometheus Unbound" wherein Daniel and SG-3 must complete five fun-filled days of training exercises as punishment for allowing Vala to temporarily hijack the ship. Shades of Oannes -Author summary: SUMMARY: Missing scenes and tag for Fire and Water: When Daniel gets back from Oannes, he wonders why his teammates are twitchy and won't let him out of their sight.
Shen -Author summary: The people of Arkona take the concept of slavery to a whole new level. The SGC needs Arkona's naquada supply. And we know how SG-1 feel about slavery...
Silent Memories -This one's a complicated one to summarize. Daniel's been hurt/drugged, and he only trusts Jack. As he recovers, he must deal with the fact he cannot speak to communicate important facts in just what happened, and why there is still danger post-mission and rescue.
Choices Made -SG-1 returns, 12 hours overdue, with Daniel in grave condition with no real recollection as to just how they managed to piss these aliens off so bad. But, in a weird turn of events, video recovery explains what DID happen, and earns them the awe and respect of, of all peoples, the Asgard.
Perspicacity -A culture encountered gives Jack a gift--one he can tell no one about, and that, in turn, becomes a gift for Daniel as well. Jack/Daniel, naturally.
When Colonels go Bump in the Night -Crack!fic. Jack hits his head, and suddenly he's MacGyver! (with music)
After Chulak -Daniel/Jack friendship. Dealing with the loss of Sha're and Skaara, and seeing to it he remains an essential part of the SGC.
Fool's Gold -Daniel/Sha're, that one year on Abydos, as he finds the best way to express his love for her.
Just Friends -"Fallen" Daniel asks Sam if there was anything between them. A more smutty take on a scene from Random's other fic, No Signs, where they encounter a matriarchal society with a few secrets in just what happened to the Goa'uld who once ruled them.
Numerology -Author Summary: "Nothing was ever going to make it better. Janet Fraiser had been right. There was no replacement. There wasn't as good as. There was only different from. There was a fourth spot that needed filling because if they left it open it was just too much like missing a limb." Nine captains; Jonas makes it ten; Daniel's back as eleven, and feeling odd man out.
Siege -I... have no idea. I just found this in my favourites with no recollection of it. Might edit this later to say just what it is about. Edit: Okay, so, it's awfully confusing at first, you think it's about people who've encountered SG-1, but, it's really more memory mind-fuckery, this time courtesy of our oh-so-lovely Tok'ra friend, Anise.
