Holy shit it's Wednesday?

One thing I've noticed about summer--I lose track of time. I never remember up from down, or what day of the week it is. Let alone figuring out what time of day it is. Seeing as the sun doesn't nearly set until, like, 10 and then it's back maybe five hours later. It's like I'm almost in the land of no tomorrow. I hate winters here more than I hate summers. Too much doom and gloom as opposed to too much heat and sunlight. How's that coming from a vampire?
So I was rather surprised when Rhianna said it was Wednesday. I was close. I thought it was Tuesday. Anyway, Rhianna called up yesterday (interrupting me in the middle of playing Diablo) to ask if I wanted to go swimming. I didn't. It was not warm enough, and I was feeling kind of sick. I'm still feeling sick. I also despise this zit-turned huge fucking scab near the corner of my mouth (it's the nasty bloody pus mix kind... tmfi? Sorry. It oozes too). Anyway, ended up that Alicia, Rhianna and I went back to Rhi's and we watched the Rundown.
But I was staying for dinner also, so after we dropped Alicia off back home, we went back and made quesidillas. We had a long, drawn out philosophical discussion. Yes, Rhianna and I talked theories, ideas, and observations. Oh, and how much we wanted them to take of the warning labels of things and let nature take its course. Teehee! We also talked about movies. And decided we wanted to watch Signs. One of the higher class scary movies. Of course we had to interrupt about halfway through to go online and tell my mother I'd be late home.
She turned around and told me I had a potential baby-sitting job and also some yard work to do (please ask Rhi to help). Rhi's dad also offered me a computer. I figure it's good for playing games on in my room when mum's online. Then we finished Signs and Rhi brought me home. We did not see any frogs hopping across the road. (We did on Saturday night)
I woke Rhi up. Called at maybe quarter after ten and she came over at about ten thirty. We worked 'til lunch, with a couple breaks... as we talked philosphy again. I'm writing this at nearly 2 in the afternoon... she's just gone off to pick Matt up from school before going to collect Masumi and Alicia... the four of us are going swimming. It is definitely warmer today.
It's now just gone on two. Rhi called to say Masumi's not coming. Still going swimming. Whee! I think I'll go get changed. Work on this update later. Nothing like making an update in advance...
We went swimming. (it's now nearly 8) And we went canoeing. There were geese. Not just Canadian ones. Actually white ones. They were eyeballing us.
Rhi and I played a lot of solitaire showdown, aka Bluey, as well as rummy, and idiot. That was until dinner. We were very hungry. Now we are full.
We regret to announce the disturbing passing of Hana, who on the 1st of October of this year was savagely minced by a large rabid squirrel. This unfortunate incident occurred in an anthill in Seattle, WA. The deceased was reported to have shouted "This SUCKS!" just before expiring. Hana is survived by fifty or so gerbils. Funeral services will be held the 19th of next month.
We regret to announce the unfortunate death of Xanthia, who on the 4th of October of this year was viciously vaporized by passing aliens. This unfortunate incident occurred in an adult bookstore in Seattle, WA. The deceased was reported to have shouted "Egads!" just before expiring. Xanthia is survived by several houseplants. Funeral services will be held the 19th of next month.
